This collection is organized in individual files of record bodies deemed too small to have their own collection and are from a wide variation of accessions and provenance, or have a lack of provenance. Items within these small collections are organized in original received order from the respective creators or donors.

Biographical / Historical
Many early donations to the Margaret R. Grundy Memorial Library’s Archive (now known as the Grundy Archive) were gifted sporadically and by numerous donors. Through recent review, most materials were analyzed and deemed fitting to the Library’s scope of collections. Most of these items lacked proper accession records, titling, and any original order. Most materials in this collection come from miscellaneous “Intake” boxes which were stored in the archive until reviewed years later. Additions and accruals are expected for this collection that fit to the Library’s scope, yet are too small of a donation to receive a collection of their own (i.e. a few individual items).
