This collection was donated by Phyllis Profy, the daugter of Helen Boccardo. It contains a family portrait taken c. 1926 but is primarily comprised of material relating to Vincent Boccardo Jr., his final year of highschool and subsiquent death in World War II.

Abstract
This collection is comprised of material from the Boccardo family, espeicially Vincent James Boccardo Jr., who served in the United States Air Force during Wold War II and died in combat. The collection is comprised of material relating to Vincent Boccardo Jr.'s senior year and graduation from Bristol High School, three military photographs and a family photograph, official documentation reguarding the death and Purple Heart awarded to Vincent Boccardo Jr., the original case and Purple Heart medal, and material for the cemetary in Italy where Vincent Boccardo Jr. is buried.
